Wolf Law are experts in whiplash claims in Liverpool.

Whiplash is a common injury that occurs to a person’s neck following a road traffic accident. It is caused by a sudden acceleration-deceleration (flexion and extension) force that causes unrestrained, rapid forward and backward movement of the head and neck. There are many symptoms of whiplash but the most common is muscular stiffness in the neck, upper back and shoulders. If you need help with whiplash claims in Liverpool, contact Wolf Law today.
"Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner but what stood out for me is how this firm understood what was important to me - the nature of the case it’s self and not just my settlement. I really felt I had someone with me fighting for what was important to me, which lifted me up during what was a really stressful time for me. I can’t thank her and the fantastic team there enough, if ever I have the misfortune of needing a service like this again, they’re the only firm I will be using."

What causes whiplash?

Whiplash is most commonly caused by a car accident in which the person is in a car that is stationary, and is struck by another vehicle. Research into whiplash indicates the rear impact causes the head and neck to be forced into a backwards position as the seat pushes the person’s body forwards. Because their head is unrestrained, the force pushes the head and neck backward. After a short delay (i.e. when the seat belt snaps) the head and neck then recover and are thrown into a forward position.
